ABOUT THE COACH & CONSULTANT

My objective in executive coaching is to help the client's identify, set, and achieve their goals.

My work as a professional coach is about helping the client identify their vision and their dreams which are then converted to a reality.

I work with clients to find, move forward, and achieve an important goal in their life. My emphasis is working together with the client and developing a plan and then identifying the steps that are needed to reach the client's goal. The process of an ongoing coaching relationship is to keep the goals constantly in focus and in the position of most importance in your life - so that you will be successful.

My work as a consultant has involved working with people in business situations and congregations. The consultations have involved moderate to severe conflict situations, developing working relationships, a review of the current situation and then identifying growth areas and establishing an "Action Plan" for each goal, facilitating the search for a new leader, family business dynamics and issues, helping people work together in a productive way, and managing change.

My background is that of an independent consultant, experienced marriage and family therapist, director of a counseling agency, and teacher, and experienced workshop leader. I am qualified and certified to use the MBTI Form M and certified to teach and use the Enneagram. I am a professional member of the International Enneagram Association (see the IEA Web Site).
